Tristan 870 cabin boat / motorboat – Excellent project boat to restore, Espoo

We are selling the Finnish classic shown in the pictures, a Tristan 870 motor boat in project condition. The boat is sold as is and offers an excellent base for a hands-on boat enthusiast to restore it to its former glory. The interior needs to be finished, as do the upholstery and trim. The engine needs to be checked.

Details and equipment (interior and cockpit):

• Model: Tristan 870

• Cockpit: Equipped with a traditional wooden wheel, blue leather upholstery on the driver and passenger seats, and a Tristan 870 electrical panel.

• Accommodation: Spacious cabin in the bow and stern with wood panelling. Some mattresses and cushions are included, with varying condition (some need replacing/reupholstering).

• Living area: Indoor table set and seating with storage space underneath.

The official and typical dimensions of the Tristan 870 are:

• Length: 8.70 metres

• Width: 3.00 metres (depending on the version, 2.95–3.00 m)

• Draught: approx. 0.85 metres

• Weight: approx. 3,200 kg (empty weight without load)

Condition notes / project boat:
The boat has been out of use and is sold as a project. The interior, wooden parts and surfaces need restoration, cleaning and sanding. The buyer is responsible for checking the condition of the boat, identifying any missing parts, and arranging the boat's removal and transport. A lot of boat-related items are included, including a valuable radar system.

Collection instructions:

The items are located at Hylkeenpyytäjäntie 9, Espoo. Drive through the gate over the speed bump and turn left immediately at the first or second driveway/space. Look for the large red Scania lorry as a landmark. The item is by the lorry.

COLLECTION TERMS ARE BINDING

Due to the tight schedule, items can only be collected on Monday 28/9/2026 between 09:00 and 19:00.

Collection must take place within the deadline – no extensions!

Collection must always be arranged in advance by phone, not by text message! You can call between 07:30 and 22:00.

The customer is responsible for moving and carrying the items. We will assist as best we can.

Please make sure you are able to collect the items before you bid on the item.

The buyer can request further information from the phone number sent by email.

Uncollected items will be recycled without exception, and the item cannot be obtained after the specified collection date.
