The item will be sold by a rising-bid online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 23.9.2026-19.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 19.10.2026 at 14:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The distraint officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision on acceptance or rejection may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in the bid increment system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the bid applies. The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 15.10.2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Mikkeli office, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

If the bidder places a bid on behalf of a joint buyer or another party, the details of the buyer or buyers to be entered in the sales decision must be reported immediately after the highest bid has been accepted by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. Otherwise, the buyer entered in the sales decision will be the person who made the highest accepted bid.

The property has been distrained and is sold by public sale conducted by the distraint officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to carefully inspect the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal concerning the sale and any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the sale. A notice of appeal will be attached to the sales decision.
