Finn-Es 26 motorboat, sunk, Kuopio

For sale: a Finnish-made Finn-Es 26 boat built in Porvoo, with a Mercruiser 4.3 litre engine. The boat sank in summer 2025 and is sold for repair or for parts. After the sinking, the engine and auxiliaries were drained of water, the oil was changed a couple of times, and oil was put on top of the pistons. The water channels have also been drained. However, the engine has not been started, only turned over by the crankshaft.

The boat is a 1989 model and the engine was upgraded in 2001!

The boat has plenty of equipment, some of which may still work, including a Wallas heater, solar panel, rod holders, planer reels, auxiliary engine bracket, water toilet with septic tank, fresh water system, trim tabs, etc.

The drive unit has a broken fin and the propeller has been damaged.

The boat's spaces are sensibly designed. In good weather, with the rear covers lowered and the roof hatch open, it feels like an open boat, and in worse weather the covers can be closed again. In the bow there is a spacious cabin with a door and a toilet.

The trailer shown in the pictures is not included in the sale, but can be bought separately for €1,200. It is a 2,700 kg unregistered beach trailer from 2020. The boat is currently on the trailer, and the buyer is responsible for removing the boat from the trailer if necessary.
