Audi A4, a really neat basic everyday car for daily errands.

The car is very tidy both on the outside and inside. There is a small dent at the rear of the car (it has not damaged the paintwork). Inside the car is fresh, clean and practically flawless. There is some wear from normal driving.

Unfortunately, repairs have now come up and we at VAGEN have diagnosed the following issues with the car...

18.8. 270762 km

- On the test drive, a few harsh clutch grabs and sharp gear changes
- It feels like the clutch is faulty, the flywheel makes a slight noise (cannot judge replacement based on sound alone in these), it would also be good to service the mechatronics - No fault codes in the gearbox

- On the lift, both inner CV joint ends were found to have play, the front differential bearings are also loose, it is recommended to bear this in mind when doing the clutch
- An oil sample was taken from the MTF side; it appears the MTF and DSG oils are mixed. DO NOT DRIVE, RISK OF BEARING DAMAGE IS SIGNIFICANT

- The rear brakes are good, the discs have plenty of surface left and the pads look fairly new
- The front brake pads have plenty of material left but the discs have quite a large ridge; replacement is recommended
- All front control arm rubber bushes on both sides are torn, need replacing
- Rear suspension arm adjustments move, but do not cause alignment issues

Recommended:
- Clutch replacement - Mechatronics service (filters)
- Front differential side bearings (right and left)
- Re-sealing the DSG oil chamber and changing both gearbox oils

- Front brake discs and pads
- Replacement of all front suspension arms
