The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 17 September 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

If registration is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted for the item. The written purchase offer must be delivered by post or email so that it arrives at the Enforcement Agency no later than 16 September 2026 at 16:00. The written purchase offer must be sent to the Enforcement Agency's Oulu office, address Torikatu 34, Oulu, or by email to eeva.k.jokikokko@oikeus.fi. The written offer must state the bidder's name, personal identity code/business ID and contact details, as well as the item for sale. A written offer will be entered into the online auction as an ascending bid.

The Enforcement Agency is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale through the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction conditions laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Agency's official funds account. Once the payment is recorded in the official funds account, the enforcement officer will make a sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless pay 20% of the purchase price immediately as a deposit.

Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the date of the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest on the full purchase price must be paid for the entire payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. If payment has not been made within the granted payment period, annual default interest will thereafter be charged.

The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid by the increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Agency no later than 16 September 2026 at 16:00 to the address Enforcement Agency / Oulu office: Ulosottolaitos / Oulun toimipaikka, Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu, or eeva.k.jokikokko@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and the same terms as in the online auction apply. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.

The property is seized and sold by private sale through the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction conditions of the Enforcement Code.
