The item is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 17 September 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
If registration is not possible, a written purchase offer may be submitted for the item. The written purchase offer must be delivered by post or email so that it arrives at the Enforcement Agency no later than 16 September 2026 at 16:00. The written purchase offer must be sent to the Enforcement Agency's Oulu office, address Torikatu 34, Oulu, or by email to eeva.k.jokikokko@oikeus.fi. Payment terms
The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Agency's official funds account. Once the payment is recorded in the official funds account, the enforcement officer will make a sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must nevertheless pay 20% of the purchase price immediately as a deposit.
Payment period: If necessary, a payment period of up to six weeks from the date of the sales decision may be granted for the remaining purchase price. In that case, annual interest on the full purchase price must be paid for the entire payment period from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. If payment has not been made within the granted payment period, annual default interest will thereafter be charged.
