• 10.07.2008 (24 834 km): Scheduled service, engine oil change.

• 23.10.2008 (31 143 km): Air freshener

• 16.04.2009 (34 081 km): Brake fluid

• 26.08.2010 (45 565 km): Vehicle inspection, engine oil, brake fluid, microfilter and spark plug replacement.

• 16.02.2012 (56 668 km): Periodic inspection and service.

• 14.06.2018 (81 157 km): Extensive service package including standard scope, vehicle inspection, engine oil and filter change, brake fluid change, and SMG gearbox and rear differential oil changes. In addition, wheel alignment (KDS) was carried out and wear in the trailing arm bushes was noted.

• 26.06.2018 (81 390 km): Replacement of the hydraulic bushes (hydrobearings) on both front trailing arms, replacement of the undertray, replacement of expired puncture repair sealant, plus tightening and cleaning of an oil leak found at the steering rack banjo bolt.

• 28.08.2018 / 03.09.2018 (82 000 km): Troubleshooting of an unusual noise from the engine. The auxiliary belt tensioner, two guide pulleys and the belts were replaced, after which the noise disappeared. At the same time, a coolant leak from the right upper coolant hose was repaired by replacing the leaking temperature sensor. Power steering oil leak repaired by replacing the steering gear with pressure pipes.

• 06.09.2019 (83 286 km): Replacement of the left gear selector on the steering wheel (paddle shifter) due to an electrical fault.

• 12.05.2020 (83 420 km): Standard scope, engine oil and filter change, and replacement of the engine air filters.

• 25.08.2021 (85 291 km): Repair of battery charging issues and electrical faults by replacing the alternator and IBS cable. In addition, the electrically faulty throttle actuators were replaced (both sides, part number: 13627834494), which is a known issue. Cabin air filters were also replaced and the wheel alignment adjusted.

• 31.05.2022 (85 422 km): Standard scope, engine oil service and brake fluid change.

• 14.06.2022 (85 568 km): Preventive major engine overhaul: replacement of connecting rod bearings and bolts (all upper and lower bearings renewed with OEM parts), replacement of engine mounts, VANOS oil line and oil sump gasket, plus an oil service.

• 03.06.2024 (86 621 km): Standard scope, engine oil and filter change, replacement of cabin air filters with filter-light disinfection, and brake fluid change.

• 21.07.2026 (87 805 km): Latest service, including standard scope, engine oil and filter change, microfilter replacement and brake fluid change.

Notes on the vehicle’s current condition

According to the mechanic’s observations from the latest service (July 2026), the car has the following service needs:

• Headlight/windscreen washer fluid pump does not make a sound and no fluid comes onto the windscreen; likely faulty. - > This has been fixed.

• Bonnet gas struts are in poor condition. -> These still work reasonably well.

• The puncture repair sealant is again expired. -> It has not been replaced.
