A top-body car for someone who doesn’t want to spend time with a welding machine


The car was brought from the USA and has stood for a few years; it has now been got through inspection after sorting out the usual issues. Next inspection is in September 2027


The engine runs very nicely and pulls well, the gearbox shifts as it should


The paintwork is decent, a little polish and it will be good, except the hard top has some bubbling paint, as pictured. The soft top is reportedly bad, so a new one is included. The hard top has not been lifted up, as the previous owner already bought a new soft top. Also included is a new bonnet sound insulation lining


The interior has various small faults as can be seen from the pictures, the radio does not work etc. etc.


There is some room here for tinkering if you want to, the windscreen has a crack in the middle at the bottom going straight upwards, the windscreen wiper stops wherever it feels like when switched off but does work,

the ABS/ASD light comes on occasionally, usually when turning sharply right, and the seat belt warning light is on

the trip meter is stuck at 99k miles, speedometer works


So these are some notes on the condition to avoid any later complaints: this is being offered as a project, not as a flawless example
