After the auction ends, the person who made the highest bid must pay a deposit within two (2) days, equal to 10% of the highest bid.

Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property for sale and the documents. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

Kankaanpään Laki ja Kiinteistö Oy confirms that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the transaction.

Concluding the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price will take place before the completion of the transaction in accordance with the payment instructions provided by the seller.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for paying transfer tax, which is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs arising from applying for title registration.

Withdrawing from the sale

If the buyer refuses to complete the purchase after their bid has been processed by the seller and accepted, they must compensate the seller with EUR 3,000.
