• 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the item carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include inspected and uninspected vehicles, as well as vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT applies for any extended pickup period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
