Method of bidding

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website between 8 September and 22 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 22 September 2026 at 13.00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the selling period.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 21 September 2026 at 12.00 by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi and maiju.ruohio@oikeus.fi.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid submitted is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered immediately. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

Purchase price

The purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid (within 2 days of acceptance). The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder of the highest accepted bid. The bidder of the highest bid must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the bidder of the highest bid is deemed to be the buyer.

If payment is not made immediately after acceptance of the bid, the buyer must pay default interest on the entire purchase price in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price has been paid or a new sale has been carried out. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.

Other information

The property has been attached and is being sold by open sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and does not constitute a comprehensive description of the item for sale.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before accepting the bid.

The buyer acquires title and a certificate of acquisition after paying the full purchase price. The property must be collected immediately after payment of the purchase price, but no later than 28 September 2026.
