The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question before making a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been observed in the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged for any additional storage time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
