Enforced steel pontoon dock 19 metres, unfinished, no. 4, Oulu

The item is sold in accordance with the provisions of the Enforcement Code by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in two separate online auctions.

The docks (5 pcs) are sold either 1) separately by dock or alternatively 2) all five docks together, depending on which method yields the better offer. Option 1) If selling the docks separately results in a combined total of better offers than a joint offer for all docks, the docks will be sold separately to the respective bidders. Option 2) If a joint offer for all docks exceeds the sum of the offers obtained by selling the docks separately, the docks will be sold to the bidder making the joint offer.

In this sale, the steel pontoon dock 12 metres, unfinished, no. 4, is offered for purchase separately as part of a total of five docks. The item is sold by increasing bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 14 September 2026 and 28 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. A joint offer for all five docks may be submitted in a separate bidding process. The bidder decides whether to make separate bid(s) or a joint bid. The condition of the docks differs as shown in the condition reports. For this reason, it matters which numbered dock the bid concerns.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If bids cannot be submitted through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 25 September 2026 at 10:00 to the Oulu office of the Enforcement Authority, address Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu, or by email to erto.oulu.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price offered within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.
