The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👉 No exchange or return right: The deal is final, so please inspect the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters potentially related to the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and may also have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. For any collection beyond the allowed time, a charge of €50 / day + VAT will be applied.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
