• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase before making a decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any excess pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
