The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making a bid. The buyer cannot later invoke a matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax-, registration- and inspection information for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The items for sale include inspected and uninspected vehicles, and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any delay beyond the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, together with any agent and collection costs, plus interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
