• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. An additional pickup time will be charged at 50€ / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
