• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The items are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question before making a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any fact that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the product carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including vehicle taxes, condition of the device, and possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax-, registration- and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Collection beyond that time will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
