The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspecting the item The bidder must inspect the product before submitting a bid. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a preliminary inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection details through Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 per day + VAT will be made for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before submitting a bid.
