• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not undergone a condition inspection. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may also exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder must inspect the product before placing a bid. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when considering a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and deficiencies may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect the products carefully before making your purchase decision. Always check all matters relevant to the purchase decision before buying, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details in Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have potentially unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Collection exceeding this period will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agency and collection costs, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
