The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later invoke any circumstance that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
