The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is required to inspect the item in question before making an offer. The buyer may not afterwards rely on a circumstance that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making any offer. The goods are not new, so defects and omissions may be found.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: The transaction is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Please always check all matters related to the purchase decision before deciding, including vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle data service. If any taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any pickup delay beyond that.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between any lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• bids are binding, and there is no right of exchange or return for the item
