Foreclosed detached house property in Kukkaromäki, Pieksämäki, Pieksämäki

The property will be sold by rising bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 20 August 2026 to 10 September 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 10 September 2026 at 14:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately on accepting or rejecting the highest bid. The decision may take more than two days.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of cancellation. If the bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the www.huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 8 September 2026 at 12:00 to: Enforcement Authority Mikkeli office, Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The written bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the item number of the online auction listing to which the bid is submitted.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered in the www.huutokaupat.com service are up to date. The buyer of the property and new owner will in principle be the person who has made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder has made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other explanation.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, applying where appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to carefully inspect the property for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

An appeal regarding the sale and any act related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions for appeal are attached to the sale decision.
