The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 09.09.2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The property subject to enforcement is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 09.09.2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase offer. The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the payment period given. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a 20 per cent deposit of the purchase price into the official funds account of the Enforcement Authority, IBAN FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If needed, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the final purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest must be paid on the full purchase price in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Interest Act for the entire agreed payment period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in the bidding system. The offer must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 07.09.2026 at 12:00 to the address below

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the bidding increment system.
