Bids must be submitted by the given deadline. The bidding period ends at 20:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing the bid in the huutokaupat.com service. The seller is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and papers. The bidder must inspect the property before placing a bid. The property is sold in the condition and with the fixtures and fittings it has in the listing and at the time of sale. The bidder accepts the property in the condition it is in at the time of sale. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in a pre-inspection. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the documents المتعلقة to the property. The seller confirms that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can be assumed to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and transfer of shares take place at the time of sale. Once the sale has been completed, the buyer will receive the paper share certificate for the sold property. After the transaction, the buyer must apply for registration of ownership in the apartment information system. The buyer shall submit the application for registration of ownership of the apartment shares and the original share certificate to the National Land Survey of Finland. The buyer is responsible for the registration of ownership and the processing fee. The liability for the maintenance charge would transfer to the buyer from 1 September 2026.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.


Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale is not concluded due to a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to the agreed standard compensation.
