• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the item before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Offers are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown under “delivery methods and costs” on the lot page. • 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction and sales terms that apply to this sale before placing an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller confirms that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder
