• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, as-is. Goods come from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a condition that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller warranty, and there is no right of exchange or return. Offers are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always verify all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information using the Traficom public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the original price and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and collection fees, in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.

• offers are binding and there is no right of exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing
