• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. An overdue collection fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
