We are auctioning a timeshare for the beautiful autumn-colour week 40 in Ylläs, when Lapland’s autumn is at its best. Late September and early October are one of the year’s most anticipated times, as fells, birch woods and mires glow in shades of yellow, orange and red. Crisp autumn air, clear days and natural tranquillity make this one of the most sought-after holiday weeks of the year.

The apartment is located in the pleasant village of Äkäslompolo north of Ylläs Fell. The area is known for its authentic Lapland atmosphere, pristine nature and some of Finland’s best hiking and outdoor routes.

Week 40 falls at the peak of the autumn colours. Mosquitoes have mostly vanished, the air is fresh and walking in nature is a pleasure. It’s a perfect time for hiking, cycling, landscape photography or simply enjoying Lapland’s unique autumn mood.
