Holiday Club Pyhäniemi resort is located on a handsome pine heath on the shores of the clean and fish-rich Lake Kankarijärvi in Kihniö, Northern Häme / Pirkanmaa. The area has a fine beach and a playground with, among other things, an impressive two-masted pirate ship. At Pyhäniemi you can play tennis, mini-golf, badminton, frisbee golf, padel, pétanque, beach volleyball, canoeing; there is also outdoor chess. The area offers great walking and cycling terrain (electric fatbikes are available to rent). There is a cosy lakeside restaurant/bar, rentable lakeside sauna & sauna boat, gympark, playground, grill hut, covered barbecue shelter, beauty salon, and more.

In Kihniö you can enjoy nature’s tranquillity, for example on the Aitoneva Nature Trail, or the spectacular views from Käskyvuori.

The lake Kankarijärvi provides an active holiday: canoeing or boating – anglers take note! Kankarijärvi is part of an attractive pike-perch fishing waters. You will find the best spots yourself, but try the deep open waters and their edges. The local fishing licence is included in the maintenance fee.

About an hour’s drive to, among other places, the Tuurin village shop. The local area also includes several national parks such as Helvetinjärvi and Seitsemisen National Parks.

Owning a holiday week means carefree holidays. As a week-owner you acquire a share of the holiday property. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including bed linen and firewood, so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself, it is easy to rent it out or pass it to a friend — simply notify reception who will collect the keys.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, key service, property management, administration, etc.

Maintenance fee for 2027:

€311.40 / year.

The buyer will have use of the share from week 14/2027 onwards (Fri 2 April 2027 - Fri 9 April 2027).

The apartment is available from Fri at 14:00 and must be vacated the following Fri by 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
