At Saimaa you can admire beautiful nature in stunning lake scenery. Just near the resort is the beautiful Lammassaari. The area around the resort has many outdoor and cycling routes, along which you can also swim, sauna and enjoy packed food. Remember to bring a basket and blanket from home for a picnic!

If you wish, you can rent a bicycle, snowshoes or even skis for your outdoor trip. 

Maintenance fee €95 / month.

The buyer assumes responsibility for the remaining company loan share of €9,800 / 31 Aug 2026. The company loan share can be paid off in full at any time if desired, or it is repaid via a finance charge. Finance charge €110 / month (repayment share €87.50, interest €22.50). Rental income is automatically offset against the finance charge and the difference is paid out / invoiced.

The maintenance fee covers the upkeep and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management and administration, etc.

The buyer is responsible for the charges from 1 Sep 2026 onwards.

An individual Villas share is above all relaxed holidaying. Like a summer cottage, but more carefree! As a Villas owner, you acquire ownership in a holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, including linen, so you can focus on holidaying and enjoying yourself.

You have access to 8–9 weeks per year, rotating on a 3-year cycle, and you may use the weeks you want while Holiday Club handles renting out the remaining weeks. You may also give your own holiday week to a relative or acquaintance free of charge. For the weeks used by you, your friends or relatives, you only pay the cleaning fee (estimated €60–70 / week). For weeks you do not use, you receive rental income for yourself according to the realised rental and the operator agreement. See the operator agreement in the attached articles of association for more details. The first possible week for own use can be requested from Holiday Club customer service after registration. Booking your own weeks is also easy through the electronic shareholder service, available after registration.

The apartment can be used from Friday at 16:00 and must be vacated the following Friday by 11:00.
