The weeks rotate in a six-week rhythm, so the ownership provides 8–9 own usage weeks in different seasons each year.

🔑 Operator agreement and rental

The new owner enters into an operator agreement with Holiday Club for the rental and management of the apartment.

The owner may use their own management weeks and leave the other weeks for rental under the operator agreement.

Rental income is paid out three times a year.

The finance charge for the apartment is deducted from the rental payments.

This makes Villas ownership a flexible option: not all of your own weeks need to be used personally, as unused management time can be used for rental in accordance with the terms of the operator agreement.
