HEATING OF THE APARTMENTS:

The apartments are heated by electric forced-air underfloor heating. The heating unit is located under the vestibule floor and is thermostat-controlled. When the unit runs it produces a humming noise. The apartment temperature is adjusted using the thermostat on the wall beside the entrance door. It is not advisable to change the thermostat; temperatures are checked on the changeover day. When the fireplace is lit, note that it will raise the apartment temperature, causing the thermostat to reduce the floor heating.

WASTE DISPOSAL:

The waste container is located at the end of building B in the yard and is a mixed waste container. Note: ashes from fireplaces and the grill must not be put in the waste container; ashes have their own container.

We will cancel the booking 3 days after the end of the auction if it has not been paid, and we will charge the customer a cancellation fee of 10% of the auction price, but at least €500. Rugs and floors are vacuumed. Bed linen is removed from duvets and pillows and left together in one pile on the floor. The sauna and WC are cleaned and ashes emptied from the fireplace. The yard and barbecue area must be left tidy (the grill should also be cleaned). Final cleaning must be completed on the day of departure. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the holiday property. The holiday property must be left in a clean condition on departure. The customer is obliged to pay cleaning costs if smoking has occurred indoors, or if cleaning has not been performed or has been done inadequately and the property's caretaker/owner must rectify this before the next guest arrives. All damages and repair work caused by the tenant must be fully compensated by the tenant to the landlord.
