Katinkulta's high-quality, stylish and varied spa offers entertainment for the whole family year-round. The spa has over 20 separate pools, whirlpools, counter-current pools, massaging showers, a fountain and a children's waterslide. Outside there is a smoke sauna, ice hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with jets! The spa also has a warm children's pool, floats and swim mats. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta's Sauna World. The Sauna World includes two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna next to the experience showers.

Katinkulta’s championship-standard golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland's most beautiful. There is also a public course for beginners, the club course Tenetti and a range for practice.

The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, firewood, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and on-call service, reception and key service, property management, administration etc.

Most of the renovation loan has been paid. Remaining approx. €150 which the buyer will assume. The renovation loan is still paid as a finance charge for a couple more instalments and then it will be fully paid. Finance charge in 2026 is €89.18 and next year (2027) €71.78 / year.

Owning a holiday week is primarily carefree holidaying. As a week owner you acquire a share of the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or hand the week to a friend; just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance charge and will have the share for week 34/2026 from Sat 15 August 2026 – Sat 22 August 2026.

The sale includes the spa share (14 visits). The spa share maintenance charge is €82.50 / year including 14 visits, so the price per spa visit is approx. €5.90 (normal €27). Visits are provided as 2 × 7-visit wristbands and one wristband may be used by several co-guests to enter the spa. The wristbands can also be sold if you do not need them.

Apartment access from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00.
