• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods are sold as used or from storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during pre-purchase inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty from the seller and there is no right of exchange or return. Offers are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Goods The items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or omissions.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all related matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking a vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status using Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller’s terms of sale before making an offer.
