The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders are obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a pre-inspection.

Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before making a purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and MOT details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be taxed, untaxed or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower selling price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
