• The installer is responsible for acquiring fixings suitable for the chosen base and the hall structure to ensure the hall remains in place even in strong winds.

• Check with a building professional for a suitable anchoring method for the installation site.

• An adequate anchoring method depends on the wind exposure of the site and the ground conditions beneath.

• Resellers or the importer are not responsible for insufficient anchoring.

Cover halls are intended for temporary use.
They are suitable for temporary storage of various goods and machines and for protection from weather and prying eyes. Follow the usage instructions, especially in windy locations and for winter use. Before purchase, check with local building authorities whether a planning permission or notification is required in your municipality for a temporary hall.

For winter use:

• The roof must always be kept clear. Ensure snow does not remain on the roof.

• The cover must be kept taut. There must be no sagging “bags”, particularly at the top of the hall.

• A taut cover helps keep the roof clear of snow.

• Ensure the frame is straight throughout. If the hall is founded directly on the ground, the frame may not be straight and this weakens durability.

• Never clear snow from inside by pushing on the cover. This can be life-threatening.

• Clear snow from outside using tools that will not damage the cover.

• The warranty does not cover a hall that has collapsed due to snow load.

For windy conditions:

• Choose a sheltered site for the hall.

• We do not recommend erecting the hall in particularly windy locations, such as shores or exposed fields.

• Assembly must be carried out very carefully and the tarp tightened as much as possible.

• The frame must be anchored to the ground or base, e.g. with ground anchors or concrete piers.

• In windy weather ensure the hall doors are closed.

• The warranty does not cover a hall damaged by strong wind or storm.
