• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check a vehicle's tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. For late collection, a fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
