Note!

• Fixings are not supplied with the shelter.

• It is the installer’s responsibility to obtain fixings appropriate for the ground and the shelter structure to ensure the shelter stays in place even in strong winds.

• Check with a building professional for a suitable fastening method for the installation site.

• An adequate fastening method depends on the site’s wind exposure and the ground type beneath.

• Resellers or the importer are not responsible for insufficient fixing.

For winter use:

• The shelter roof must always be kept clear. Make sure fallen snow is not left on the roof.

• The cover must be kept taut. The cover must not form "bags", especially at the top of the shelter.

• The roof stays cleaner when the cover is taut.

• Ensure the frame is straight throughout. If the shelter is installed directly on the ground, there is a risk the frame is not straight, which weakens its durability.

• Under no circumstances should snow be removed from the roof from the inside by pushing the cover. This can be life‑threatening.

• Remove snow from the outside only, using tools that do not damage the cover.

• Warranty does not cover a shelter that has collapsed due to snow load.

In windy conditions:

• Choose a sheltered location for the shelter.

• We do not recommend erecting the shelter in especially windy locations, such as near water or on open fields.

• Erection must be done very carefully and the cover tightened as much as possible.

• The frame must be anchored to the ground or base, for example with ground anchors or concrete anchors.

• In windy weather, ensure the shelter doors are closed.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by strong winds or storms.
