The item has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be latent defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, related company documents and other records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: Registration of a vehicle by the bankruptcy estate may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Removal of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 per day + VAT will be applied for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing an offer.
