The item is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and as it exists at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. If the buyer neglects to pay for the purchased item as described above, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for any damages and costs incurred.

The online auction ends on Sunday 21 June 2026 at 21:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Participation in the auction requires registration.

If the buyer withdraws from an accepted bid, with the seller’s consent, the buyer must compensate the seller for the costs of organising the failed auction (27 March 1987/355 and 5 January 1994/16). The compensation for cancelling a binding sale is 15% of the purchase price, but at least €100. This compensation is, under VAT law, an item on which VAT is not charged.

If bids are not collected within two weeks, the seller reserves the right to apply the Act on the Right of an Entrepreneur to Sell an Uncollected Item (15 July 1988/688).

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
Before final approval of the sale, the buyer is aware that their credit information will be checked.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins once the offer has been accepted.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to submit a transfer tax return at www.vero.fi/omavero and to pay the transfer tax via that service. When the Tax Administration issues the buyer with a certificate of paid transfer tax, it must be forwarded immediately to the seller so that registration in the buyer’s name can be completed.
