Katinkulta’s high-quality, stylish and versatile spa offers year-round family entertainment. The spa has over 20 separate pools, jacuzzis, counter-current pools, massage showers, a fountain and a waterslide for children. Outdoors there is a smoke sauna, ice-hole, outdoor pool and a hot tub with bubbles! For children there is also a warm kids’ pool, floats and kickboards. Water and air temperature is always +32 °C.

Enjoy and relax in Katinkulta’s Sauna World. The Sauna World features two steam saunas, a cave sauna, a regular sauna and a log sauna located next to the experience showers. New are two tropical experience showers with four different programmes combining light and sound effects.

Katinkulta’s championship-level golf course, Nuas, is one of Finland’s most beautiful. In addition there is a par-3 course for beginners, the Club Course Tenetti and a driving range for practice.

Every year, around mid-October, the first-snow ski track is opened. To ensure Olympic Training Center-level conditions each autumn, tens of thousands of cubic metres of snow are stored for the first-snow track. Deeds and share certificate postage by registered letter are included in the price. Delivery of the physical share certificate by insured postage costs an additional €20.

There are no outstanding maintenance charge arrears on the share.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club’s registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will provide all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax payable if under €10) and deliver the transfer tax certificate to the seller. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
