The property is sold in the condition and with the furnishings shown in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return. If the buyer neglects to pay for the item purchased as described above, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for any damages and costs incurred.

The online auction ends on Sunday 21 June 2026 at 21:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Participation in the auction requires registration.

If the buyer withdraws from an accepted bid, with the seller's consent, the buyer must reimburse the seller for costs caused by arranging the failed auction (27.3.1987/355 and 5.1.1994/16). The penalty for cancelling a binding sale is 15% of the purchase price, but at least €100. The penalty is an item not subject to VAT under the Value Added Tax Act.

If bids are not collected within two weeks, the seller reserves the right to apply the Act on the Right of an Entrepreneur to Sell an Uncollected Item (15.7.1988/688).

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest offer.
Before final acceptance of the sale the buyer is aware that their credit information will be checked.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted.

It is the buyer's responsibility to submit a transfer tax declaration at www.vero.fi/omavero and to pay the transfer tax via that service. When the tax authority issues the buyer a certificate of paid transfer tax, it must be forwarded to the seller without delay so that registration in the buyer's name can be completed.
