It is the buyer’s duty to file the transfer tax declaration at www.vero.fi/omavero and to arrange payment of the transfer tax. When the tax authority issues the buyer with proof of the paid transfer tax, it must be forwarded to the seller without delay so that registration in the buyer’s name can be completed.

The seller will deliver the share certificate to the buyer once registration has been completed.
