Located on a scenic peninsula on the shore of Lake Kivijärvi, the Holiday Club Hannunkivi holiday village apartments sit in the heart of authentic Finnish countryside. Hannunkivi is in Central Finland, approximately 240 km from Tampere and about 120 km from Jyväskylä.


At Hannunkivi you can enjoy a family cottage holiday and take part in all the traditional cottage activities.


The holiday apartment is an authentic, traditional log cottage. The detached building includes a bedroom, living room, upper floor/loft, kitchen, bathroom, sauna, WC, upstairs balcony & ground-floor furnished terrace with a gas grill. The unit has an air-source heat pump (heating and cooling).


Pets allowed, pet fee €35 per stay.


The service charge for 2026 is €274.58. No financing charge.


The buyer pays the 2026 service charge and receives the right to use the apartment from that year (2026) onwards.

The service charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and grounds, firewood, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency cover, reception and key services, property management, administration, etc.





Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by leaving an offer with the seller on site. The seller and buyer commit to recording all offers in the system. Viewing the property

The bidder has a duty, before making an offer, to familiarise themselves with the apartment and the company documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a preliminary inspection.

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of documents related to the property. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information they know and that could reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Completion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed because of the bidder, the seller has the right to receive the agreed standard compensation.
