• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions before bidding.
