The seller accepts no responsibility for the condition/functionality/defects/shortcomings of the items. The seller has not inspected the condition of the items.

The buyer must collect the items at their own expense by 5 June 2025. The items must be paid for before collection. The buyer is responsible for all costs related to moving/transporting the items.

All bids are binding. The highest bidder must pay the full purchase price to the bank account specified by the bankruptcy estate immediately, but no later than two (2) days after acceptance of the highest bid. If the highest bid is not paid within two (2) days of acceptance, the highest bidder will be charged the bid amount, the notification fee charged by Huutokaupat.com and any collection costs.
