The seller accepts no responsibility for the condition/functionality/defects/shortcomings of the lot. The seller has not inspected the condition of the item.

The buyer must collect the lot at their own expense by 5 June 2025 at the latest. The lot must be paid for before collection. The buyer is responsible for all costs related to moving/transporting the item.

All offers are binding. The highest bidder must pay the total purchase price immediately to the bankruptcy estate's nominated bank account, and no later than two (2) days after the highest bid has been accepted. If the highest bid is not paid within two (2) days of acceptance, the highest bidder will be charged the offered highest bid, the notice fee charged by huutokaupat.com and any collection costs.
