Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not liable for possible errors in the notice. Vehicle registration is done using the auction information; bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequently issued invoices with different information and other additional work will be charged to the buyer! Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take days or even weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies etc., and on whether checks related to anti-money laundering and sanctions issues are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
