• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subject to a condition inspection. They are sold in current, working condition. Goods are sold either in use or from storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without any warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify before purchase any potentially relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the item and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the withdrawing buyer the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction's applicable terms and the seller's sales conditions before bidding.

• offers are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is" – however, the seller confirms that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid no longer binds the bidder
