The item is sold by online bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com in an internet auction between 30 April 2026 and 21 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 21 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid. The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the payment period stated. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori or by e‑mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The person making the offer must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

The seized object is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sales period runs from 30 April 2026 to 21 May 2026 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

A written bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves to submit the bid.
